Be my Valentine? Pre Order

I have a new short story that I wrote that is available in The Book of Love. The book of love is a collection of romantic stories by an array of authors. The collection will be available on February 16th but is currently available for Pre Order for only 99 cents!

The story I have written is called "Be my Valentine?" 

Val has always hated Valentine’s Day.

But his year things are different, very different.

Working at a café across from a college campus typically means that her Valentine’s Day is filled with
immature students turning her name into a pun. Val’s day starts to look up when she meets a handsome professor that seems to have his eyes on her. Not only is he cute, but also incredibly charming.

Her day comes crashing down when she receives a call from her ex-boyfriend, Tony, after almost six years apart. Tony also happens to be the father of her son, Liam. It seems that he suddenly wants to play an active role in his son’s life. To make things worse, Tony has an excuse for his absence, the only problem is that his excuse comes in the form of a five-year prison sentence.

Over the next few days Val is subjected to a whirlwind of emotions as secrets are revealed.
